A Note from Brad - What is our Why?

Good Afternoon Friends!
At Capstone Title, we close real estate transactions. We receive and disburse millions of dollars. We are responsible for and handle hundreds of important documents. We are experts on land title, property law and escrow accounting. But, we are not in the transactions business. We are in the people business.
Noted business writer and speaker Simon Sinek said, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”
In order to be a successful company and compete in a crowded industry, we have to definitively know our WHY…
So, what is our WHY at Capstone Title? Our WHY is that we are here to help, were are here to serve. We are here to build relationships. Be a resource. Be a guide. Be kind, considerate, friendly, professional. Our WHY is loving people, no matter what.
