A Note from Brad
By: Brad Compere - 4/26/2019
Good Afternoon Friends!
I tell our Capstone Team that it is so important to always continue training, learning, growing….sharpening the saw, as they say. We are good at what we do, but mediocre compared to how GREAT we want to become.
We are a service business – our product is serving the Austin-area real estate community. Our main objective as a company is to serve, so customer service is vital to our success. The only way we can differentiate ourselves from our competition is to establish relationships and truly STAND OUT with our service excellence! If we fail to meet an excellence standard with our customer service, we are just a standard title company…not where we want to be.
A very simple way to STAND OUT is to be kind. Love people.
Mother Teresa said, “Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.” Beautiful. I challenge everyone to say a random, kind word to someone this week. I guarantee you it will make a difference.
