A Note from Brad
By: Brad Compere - 5/10/2019
Good Afternoon Friends!
I believe that integrity is everything. I believe that being open, honest and transparent are the only way to operate a business…and the only way to live life. It can be extremely difficult at times to be that vulnerable, but I think the trade off is worth it. When I tell someone I’m going to do something, I will make damn sure I do it. To me, my character is vital to who I am. What you see is what you get.
John Wooden said, “Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.”
Its funny, growing up reputation was always so important. What are my friends going to think? Am I going to embarrass myself if I say this or that? Over time, I’ve learned that John Wooden’s words are so true….it doesn’t matter what others think of you, as long as you are true to yourself and your values.
There’s only one you. Be real. Be open. Be who you really are deep inside. Don’t hide from it. And life will pay you back in spades.
